Custom Metal Fabricated Air Stairs & Crew Ladders

Aeroshear worked from customer-supplied engineering drawings to custom manufacture these metal air stairs and crew ladders for a range of Boeing and Airbus commercial aircraft. Our manufacturing of the aluminum, stainless steel and high-alloy steel included forming, bending, shearing, machining and water-jet cutting as well as finishing and assembly. Our finishing steps comprised powder-coating, Alodine, primer and paint. Available in mechanical and hydraulic, all air stairs and crew ladders undergo F.A.I. and in-process inspections.
